We want you to feel good about your subscription. If you're not satisfied with your purchase of The Soul of a Woman, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at info.lifevault@gmail.com and we'll help you through it.

What happens next

Once your refund is approved by Paddle, the amount is returned to the original payment method — typically within a few business days, depending on your bank. Your subscription will end and access to paid features (AI voice playback) will be removed.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the "You" screen inside the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
